We decided to have a long overdue fall cleaning (since we never did it in spring). Here is part of the mess that resulted from the rearrangement of the dining room.

Only these two could make a fort out of a mess of books...

This is Button, in his natural state.

This is what Roo looks like without her make-up on.

Look at all that junk under the shelpf!

Try not to druel, Mudge!

A testament to the needfulness of cleaning.

Again with the under the shelf junk!

Pretty, pretty, wife!

Sheesh!

Jeffy is talking about something, but nobody is listening.

We spent a few days this month doing some much needed cleaning around the house. Here is the office, before the cleaning was to start.

This is the first month that Grandpa and Grandma were here! We spent a Sunday down in Sun Lakes having a birthday party for JT (and getting professionally photographed, unfortunately). Anyway, LEGOS!!!!!

Tom at Church finally tied the knot (with Tina). SMOOTCH!

The things we find under shelves on cleaning day.

Mom's shawl.

LEGOS!

Happy Birthday!

More fun in Sun Lakes.

Getting the stole wrapped arond the hands (ain't it speshul?).

Miss Jupe!

These would be onions. Nettie chopped all these up in preperation for Thanksgiving.

Back to Sun Lakes (why are these so out of order?).

Snookums Jupe.

Hi Roo!

Hummingbird.

Button and Jupe. Ain't it grand?

The meal at JT's birthday party.

See what happens when you try to clean? The kids end up making a fort out of the mess!

Roo drew this.

This is a dead lizard in the boy's treasure chest. A real treasure, this.

Cleaning day again!

Hey Mooms, why not cook bacon?

Wedding pic

Why does Tom look so nervous?

Too late for Tom now...

At the wedding...

This year, as every year, it was our turn to host Thanksgiving. This feat took lots of  preperation (some pics below), but well worth it! This year, I cooked up 5 turkeys and two hams.

Ma!!!!!!

I love me.

Whats-his-name....

Everyone had to sign this!

How did this picture make by the editorial staff?

Slanty picture.

Jon was playing the piano.

EVERYONE had to sign.

I love whipped cream!

This is getting out of hand.

See what I mean? Way out of hand.

Now people are wearing it!

The day after Thanksgiving, the kids and I met Pa & Ma at Rio Salado for a hike. This is the mighty salt river.

By one of the many little man-made ponds.

Building a dam.

Roo had the best dam, I think...

We were getting a bit off trail here.

These three were throwing rocks at the coots.

What is it with kids and water?

As I said, Rio Salado!

Nettie-muffins.

DA BOY!

I guess it had to happen. I had to get out the Christmas tree.

I love these. I told my wife that I loved her when she made hollupchures, and didn't love her when she didn't make me hollupchures.

Here is me!

The fridge was set a bit low, I think...

Hi Lisa!

Don't ask...

The things you find in a boy's treasure chest.

We spent a lot of time on laundry...

Three of the turkeys, right before cooking.

This looks yummy.

Getting ready for the feast!

This is our player-piano.

Great pic!!

FOOD!

We put the kids outside. They can spill all they want. I don't care.
