We took the Church kids on a hike
at Thunderbird park. This and the next several pictures are from that
hike. We all had a great time! This would be Lisa. |

To celebrate her 12th birthday
(I'm told this is a big deal), I took Laurent out to Macayos (she had the
beach tacos and I the enchilada sampler). This picture was taken right
after we got home. |

We gave Laurent this necklace for
her 12th birthday. It is necklace of Arwen Evenstar, from "Lord of the
Rings". I gave it to Laurent at supper, and told her that it was to be
a sign of her purity, and that one day, she should give it to her
betrothed. |

big annual celebration down in Sun Lakes to celebrate the birthdays of

For Christmas,
each child got a different set of building blocks - a Medieval Castle,
a Thai Temple, a Greek Temple, and an Indian Temple. Then they
decided to build a castle using all the blocks AND Jacob's new train
