Sadly, someone broke into Bandwagon and stole our radio. Not only was the radio taken, but the entire dash was ripped apart. This picture shows how I found it the next morning.

Happy Birthday to Roo! This year, she got a spiffy new bike, and here it is!

Ne--ie took this picture of our beeeuuutiful vehicles (well, two of them at least). Our lovely 1985 Olds Custom Cruiser and the unequalled Puke (1973 Suburban).

Today, my last day of vacation before I trudge off to work, we spent the day cleaning the house and redoing the shelves in the office (adding the sidebars that now serve as book-ends). The job took all day, and here are the results.

OK, since we worked so hard, here is one more picture.

Ne--ie has a new laundry system. A basket for each person for clean close. She took this picture. It seems to be working... The laundry room is clean!

And you can actually see the top of the washing machines.

Wow -- look how clean the laundry room is!

Ne--ie and I took a Saturday trip up to the ranch, just for fun. While there, I planted a new pole and mounted Ne--ie's new bell on it.

This is a closer picture of Ne--ie's bell.

I also planted a new pole for my new thermometer. Nice thermometer, huh? This was my Christmas present this year!

Also today, I applied the second coat of tar to my quonset foundation (to keep out the water). I took this picture so that a few others can see what it now looks like.

Here is my very pretty wife next to her spiffy (and loud) new bell.

Jeff and I decided to take the Church kids on a hike up Squaw Peak. It was quite a climb, any many kids complained bitterly, but they made it! Here is a picture from the top.

Pa, Ma, I, and the kids decided to take a hike one fine Saturday. Here are the kids, all tucked into a little "mini-cave" along the National Trail.

Pa, Ma, and the kids pose for a pic under a great big rock.

Nice view of the city, huh?

Roo must climb. Roo must not not climb. Roo must climb.
