Button Boy in Carl's Jr., waiting for his breakfast (this is on the way to the Heard Museum).

At the Heard Museum (a large American Indian Museum here in Phoenix), in front of a modern totem pole looking thing.

Also at the Heard Museum.

In a garden at the Heard Museum.

In front of a totem pole at the Heard Musuem.

Again, at the Heard Museum.

My kids are here sitting on a shelf.

This was a very frustrating moment for me. As you can see, the engine will not fit out of the suburban without removing the front grill/radiator/etc.

Grrrr! This makes me mad!

I'm still mad.

Here, we have just arrived at a campsite (for the weekend) at North Maricopa Mountains Wilderness Area.

Button-Boy is 'helping" me set up one of the tents.

Roo is cleaning out a tent.

Nettie is helping set up a cot.

Two-hat Mudge.

The kids are in a water tank, at an old, abandoned cattle station. This is about a half mile hike from the camp site.

Sitting in a fallen over windmill, also at the old cattle station.

This is on a ways from the campsite, in the middle of the desert.

Button!

Mooms by an old piece of a tree. This is a good mile from the camp site.

Nettie by a Palo Verde tree.

Mudgy in the desert, a good mile from camp.

We are about to start climbing that mountain.

Can you see all of the kids?

Can you see all of the kids?

Button rock climbing.

Button takes a rest in the van.

This is at the top of a moutain. Look closely between the girls, and you can see our camp. There is no trail up here!

A picture of our camp, from the same spot as the above picture.

Somewhere in the middle of the desert.

Mudge's fort.
